TITLE : Relationships 101 Part 1

Welcome to the first episode of my Relationship blog series. I've decided to write on relationship because it's the season to reflect on relationship. If this is your first time reading my article, I won’t keep you in suspense : leadership is developed daily not in a day, the secret of success is determined by your daily agenda . That means the key to your long-term success is found in your daily short-term decisions. When you choose to make wise decisions in key areas each day, you experience significant growth over time. That growth is what fuels your success.
Great leadership is built on great relationships!

Leadership is a relationship-intensive endeavor. If your relational skills aren’t strong, neither will be your leadership. Good relationships are the foundation for achievement. Relationships are more than just the icing on the cake in life: They are the cake – the very substance we need to live successful and fulfilling lives. I realized that successful people or great leaders generally excelled in four areas:

• Relationships
• Equipping/Mentoring
• Attitude
• Leadership

In the last teaching series i wrote about teachability, passion, the power and discipline of vision. and make personal growth a priority each day. Today, I want to move you beyond yourself and turn your attention to the relationship around you. If we want to be successful, we have to connect with the people around us. Truly connecting with others is essential for our relationships. If you want to transform all of your significant relationships for the better, you need to follow and read this article diligently.
Leadership is influence , and the ability to connect or relate relationship with other people is how we influence others. We all know that communication is key to every successful relationship. Whether in your business, professional, marital, ministry or personal life, communication is the glue that holds your relationships together.
